Concept brief (fictional)

Imagined brief: a local plumbing firm's old site says 'please call' for every price and has no way to book. They want customers to book a visit online and trust the price before anyone arrives.

Design choices

• ✓Quick booking (job type and day) sits in the hero, replacing 'call now' and a phone-only workflow.
• ✓Prices shown as 'from' figures, plus a three-step 'how pricing works' block to answer the main worry up front.
• ✓Navy, copper and mint with Plus Jakarta Sans: friendly and tidy, the way you want a tradesperson to be.
