Are there any extra costs after the $79?
No. The price is fixed in US dollars, and any taxes or fees that apply are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. Your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion fee. If you need more than four thumbnails, you order another pack.
What exactly happens in the 24 hours?
The clock starts once payment is confirmed and your brief is complete. We design the four thumbnails, check each at phone size, review them and email you the exports and source files. If something is missing from the brief, we ask by email and the clock pauses until you reply.
What do I need to send?
Your channel link, the four video titles or topics, any face shots or frames you want used, and a few thumbnails you like from other channels. Five minutes is plenty.
Can one pack include an A/B test?
Yes. Inside your pack of four, ask for an A/B pair: two different angles on the same video, such as a challenge-led and a curiosity-led version. The other two thumbnails go to other videos.
Do I own the thumbnails?
Yes. Once paid in full, you own the final thumbnails and can use them however you like. Drafts and unused ideas stay with us. Full details are in the terms.
What if I change my mind before you start?
If we haven't started work yet, you can cancel by email for a full refund through Stripe. Once work has started, the revision round is how changes are handled.
Are the samples from real channels?
No. Every sample on this page is a concept for a fictional channel, made to show the range of styles we design. The finance and gaming samples are A/B pairs: two takes on the same video.
